Our wines

For several generations, we have been producing wines from different varieties of vines and soils having their own characteristics while bearing our stamp.

The vine and the wine are our passion and we would like to share it with you, for example, by welcoming you to our cellar to taste our wines, while you are passing by Molsheim

We constantly strive towards providing you quality wine so as to reward your confidence and loyalty.
All our vines are ploughed in a traditional manner and we are fighting a biological war against vine parasites.

How to serve them

Le Sylvaner

Fresh, fruity, light. Accompanied by seafood, fish or pork.

Edelzwicker

 Harmonious blend of several white vine varieties, it is a light and pleasant wine for frequent consumption and starters.

Le Pinot Blanc ou Klevner

Balanced, soft and mellow. Is used wherever it is necessary to use a dry, white wine.

Le Riesling

Triumph of the Alsatian soil, virile but at the same time has an exquisite fruity flavour and delicate bouquet. Indistinctly accompanies the most refined dishes, is incomparable with fish, shellfish, seafood and of course with sauerkraut.

Le Gewurztraminer

Racé, vigorous and well structured with an elegant bouquet that develops the nose and fills the mouth. In parties, it can be served with starters and desserts.

Les Vendanges Tardives

This wine rich in aromas with an incomparable power and longevity obtained from over-ripe grapes, saturated with sugar, produced 4 to 6 weeks after the harvests, sometimes during the first few snowfalls.

Crémant d’Alsace

Symbol of celebration, with a discrete freshness of fruits. It is the wine for all occasions.

Le Muscat d’Alsace

Dry but deliciously flavoured. Is a wonderful aperitif and a delicious party wine.

Le Pinot Noir

Dry wine, deliciously fruity. You will appreciate its charm and originality throughout the meal.

Alsace Grand Cru Bruderthal de Molsheim

An admirable structure and an elegant bouquet. The Gewurztraminers are appreciated particularly for their infinitely delicate, floral aromas of acacia and rose and the Rieslings for their extremely intense aromatic persistence.

La Sélection de Grains Nobles

Nectar obtained by sorting berries that have reached noble rot. A true masterpiece, it can be enjoyed alone or at the end of a sumptuous meal.

Personalized labels

Apart from the labels that we have created for each denomination, you have the option of personalising your bottles for your occasions (marriage, communion, baptism…) or as New Year’s gifts with the logo of your company or association.
